This is a book written about places and characters in my area. Many of the characters were well-known here and it was interesting to read about them from another perspective. I look forward to future volumes from this author.
I guess I'm a little bias as I live over the bridge from Mr. Bonner and was trilled to see my cousins immortalized in print but I really did love this little book and enjoyed it so much that I gave it to my aunt to read (she's in a nursing home and loves to read about local stuff)and she liked it so much, she wants to keep it. I wish the book had been a lot longer. E. LeBlanc
